Cancelled my appointment at the last minute and suggested I go to the useless community legal which I had already been to.Also over priced for the amount of experience the lawyer had especially when I asked a question and they reckoned they had never heard of anyone doing that before.
Fay is amazing. The care, patience and understanding of this lovely woman is beyond words. Fay went over and beyond for me and did her best to encourage and calm me. When I didn't understand something, it was explained so I could. Without her help, I would be in a very different situation.
