I broke my Sony MX5 headphones, and needed a part replaced. Staff was very kind, explained all the options thoroughly and managed to fix it on the same day, keeping their branch open an extra 30 minutes to cater for me. They were also very kind, and informed me on other great services I can use with my headphones, and fixed my headphones back to their original perfect state. Definitely giving the place a 10/10 if there were more stars. Thank you again for your help.
