I sent him my earbuds for a battery replacement. He let me know when he received them, fixed them the same day and sent them back immediately. The repair was perfect.

My WH-1000XM5 headphones were defective with a cracked hinge. After trying to deal directly with Sony for months, the company they sent me to was going to charge a ridiculous amount just to inspect the headphones, let alone fix them. Instead I found CPRepairs lab on Google where Long was fast and professional, and charged a flat rate for the repair. Would highly recommend!
