A scam. I took this course in person, paid the fee beforehand, and have never received my eCard. It has been about a month now since I took the course. The instructor, Laurie, does not answer calls, texts, voicemails, or emails. She even said during the training that if you did not receive your eCard by the end of the next day, to text her and let her know. However, she has not answered any calls or texts. DO NOT waste your time and money. Very unprofessional.
She never showed up for the class never returned the call to tell me why she didn’t come
FRAUD. Will be reporting to BBB. I signed up for a class, never received the class either online/in person. Never received my ACLS/BLS cards even though I was told I would be receiving them. Laurie doesn’t answer calls or texts and I’m not going to be playing the phone game. Don’t waste your time like I did.
I should have been clued in when I registered and paid for a course a week in advanced and on the day of the course had never received the Zoom link, I called 2 hours before the course started and actually reached Laurie. Great conversation she informed me that upon completion she immediately send the completion certificate to the board and retains a copy for many years. Literally IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. I had to text, call and email multiple times to get my certificates. Had to report her lack of response to the board of nursing then miraculously got my certificates the next day.
