Excellent service… appointment was on time and phone was ready in 2 hours.
Dropped my daughter’s phone off on May 27th. Was told I had to pay a payment upfront nothing was explained as far as down payments and or price for what was being done. Whatever. I Didn’t hear back from them for 2 days I called on May 30th the phone rang and rang no one answered. Called the following day someone finally answered and told me something else needed to be replaced and it would be done the next day. Fine. I had the charging port repaired (wouldn't stay connected consistently or wouldn't connect at all) and I wish I brought it in sooner. I set up an appt online, dropped off my phone to a very nice lady at the front desk -- polite, respectful, and she let me know when to come back. She recognized me right away when I came back, got my phone and I had it in a couple of hours, as if I never left it anywhere. Everything works, good as new. Now I know where to bring my phone for repairs.
