I took my 3DS to have its bottom screen replaced and -- don't get me wrong -- they did, but in the process they blacked out the top screen (defeating the point of taking it there) and DELETED EVERY SINGLE GAME AND APPLICATION I HAD DOWNLOADED ON THERE FROM ESHOP, COSTING ME OVER $100 IN DAMAGES AND A PRICELESS APPLICATION THAT ISNT AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD ANYMORE. They charged me 'only' half-price, but they damaged it beyond repair, I can't even back up the lost data... That's the last chance I give this half-hearted store.
I thought my ipad2 had a bad battery in that it did not charge. They determined it was only the plug/transformer. They could have cheated me by stating it was both. I wouldn't have known the difference, but they were honest and efficient. I would recommend them to anybody who needs good thorough honest repairs on their computer, ipad, iphones etc.
I shattered the glass on my iPad 4. After giving their condolences, the very friendly gentlemen at All Star Tek replaced the glass in 24 hours. Speedy and reasonably priced service. I would absolutely use them again.
I had two iPhones that needed repairs. They could only fix one that day (busy Saturday) and promised the other repair for Monday. I came back and both were repaired ! Professional, knowledgeable and courteous customer service. I highly recommend this business and I will use them for all my tech needs.
We just had our Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 sim card port repaired by this outstanding shop. Figuring that we'd have to drop it off and pick it up in week, not the case. Tech C.J. jumped right on it. If I had had the new memory card, it would have been fixed that day, within half an hour. The next day I brought the new memory card and C.J. had it ready in minutes.
