He understood my situation and intentions, and he gave me several viable options. In an hour’s time, Jason got my phone operating properly and saved me hundreds of dollars. My phone got water damage about a week ago but was still working until today when it completely stopped working. I was freaking out because I need my phone for work and Jason took my phone even though they were gonna close in the next 30 minutes. Fixed right up and was just all around a very great experience. If you want a nice customer service and not getting ripped off this place is the place to go!
