We had great customer service getting our phone fixed through our insurance claim. CPR reached out right once the claim was filed, got us an appointment that day and helped us get fast service to fix our phone while we waited. Definitely made a not fun task of getting a phone fixed, a painless process
Nate was so nice and really helpful! I went in to purchase a used tablet as a Christmas gift and he helped pick out the right device! Fun conversation and overall great service! There was another man working in the store as well who was also very kind and helpful!
Nate & Jay were too notch! Answered all my questions, repaired the phone quickly, were very clear on cost and timeframe. Great customer service with great communication.
Great place they do everything
I have had zero issues with this company until i ran into the new guy and a guy with longer curly hair. Most disrespectful and rude group of guys i ever met. These two boys are the only ones ive had issues with. Refused to work on my phone. I canr even call them gentlemwn because if how rude and disrespectful they were to me. I am not returning to this store
