Nate was a lifesaver! I spilled iced coffee on my MacBook Pro and called CPR to get Nate who was the best. He was extremely friendly, thorough and timely - from when I brought it in (Fri) to when I picked it up (Tues over a Holiday weekend). I highly recommend!!
