Had a 10am appointment for a screen repair. I showed up the guy told me to turn off my find my iPhone. The screen is gone so there is no way to do it from the phone. So my son turned off iCloud which turns off find my iPhone. The guy said you can’t do it from a watch or other phone (a complete lie).
