No hassle experience. I would rate the pricing on the high side but they had to order-in the screen I needed replaced. It took 2 hours to complete the screen replacement but the replacement was smooth and hassle free. Id recommend the Cell Phone Repair Shop.
Phone repair was exceptional. Communication with the customers is terrible. My appointment was scheduled on days that the store decided to close early twice in a row. Both days I drove to this location hoping to be helped to show up to a sign saying "we're closed" when they are supposed to be open according to their hours of operation. Also when I gave them alternative numbers to call they still tried calling the phone that was being repaired in their store to leave messages to communicate. Wow. Giving an additional star because the work was good and appreciated. But the drama we had with the phone case was ridiculous. Team Member claimed we did not have a case for the phone when brought in. Discussion took place, and he said well we can review the cameras but it didn’t have a case. Please do! Ohhhh, there WAS a case. Is this it? Yes! That’s it. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable! I didn’t get the chance to get my laptop fixed because I had to go out of town but when I get back I’m there!!!
