I left my console there for almost 2 weeks and no progress was really made. I told them when I dropped it off that it might need a new ssd card and that I tried to offline update my console and it wasn’t working. They told me that basically they were going to try and do it themselves. If I knew they were going to spend every day trying to update instead of replacing the ssd card I would’ve gone somewhere else.
