Very bad experience at Surrey location. Side button on phone was not working properly, it didn’t extend past the casing and was difficult to access. (After two years of working fine). Repair guy took phone into the back and wouldn’t let me watch. After maybe 10 minutes he brought it out and said it was fixed. I didn’t check it well and paid.
