Went here a few years back because my screen stopped working on my 2ds xl. Paid 85 dollars and when I went home gave it back to my nephew witin an hour the screen went out. I figured my nephew messed with it and it broke again cuz that's what happened last the screen was turning on but the touch screen wouldn't work at all. The lady was nice and professional. Took the time to listen to my problem and come up with a few options. Not that I wish to have another broken phone, I know where to go to get it fixed.
The staff is friendly and this is not necessarily their fault but the fault of the management who wouldn’t make an exception for me to re-attempt to transfer videos from my old device to the flash drive they were able to transfer all the photos to. I did not realize the videos had not been transferred until my old phone had already been sent out. I got the phone back but am now past CPR’s warranty timeframe. If the job had been done correctly the first time, I wouldn’t be expected to spend $200 again for the same work.
CPR repaired my tablet in just a couple of days. Their establishment is clean and the employees are knowledgeable and pleasant.
