Fast, friendly and honest.
This place is garbage they replaced my screen. my alarm does not work, now no selfie screen works and I cannot do tap anymore, but they said it’s not their fault even though everything worked 100% before that! I had a broken screen and apparently now nothing works properly, but it’s not their fault is what they said
The Denton location was closed and decided to trek to Southlake for my diagnosis of my Android. The young man was very polite and knowledgable. He explained to me that most likely these batteries only last 2 to 3 years and I was at the 2 year mark. He explained the process and what to do in case it was not my battery and potentially something with the circuit board. Highly recommended. He did not try to take advantage and sell me a bunch of stuff. In and out within 30 minutes.
