I first went to the Southlake location on March 3, 2025 and spoke to an individual name Simon. He was very kind and courteous and helped me file a claim through my insurance to get my daughter’s Samsung note 8 Fixed. Everything seemed to be moving very smoothly and I was very very satisfied with how I was treated and talked to and They even explained the next steps in the process of getting the Insurance claim approved. My experience at cell phone repair was outstanding. The gentleman who helped me name. Josh was very knowledgeable and guided me in both cell phone repair as well as recycling of old cell phones and was able to inform me of changes in current cell phone protection for me to maximize and benefit from a new case. HEROES My wife's phone died on Christmas Day. Couldn't get it to take a charge or power on. Apple Store could not connect to the device and said it would cost $500 for a new logic board. Even after that we wouldn't have access to the data. Four years of photos gone. Called one repair shop and they said I was out of luck. Called CPR and Simon said they'd give it a shot, charge me $50 to run a diagnostic, and only charge me for additional work IF they were confident they could get the data off.
