They stole my phones stylis and gave me a plastic one then my phone always says the stylis is disconnected. When I tried to have a reasonable conversation with him he grew impatient and said it was not possible because of how they operate and then he said my phone couldn't have ever had a full metal stylis; he all but implied i wasn't telling the truth. These dudes rock!! You'll pay a little more for authentic Samsung parts but what a difference compared to cheap junk. If you need some help at the store ask for Matt Danford, this guy is professional and very thorough when it comes to explaining your options. Highly Recommend CPR for all your electronics issues!!!
We had a PlayStation that wouldn’t turn on after the recent storms so we made an appointment and they were up front and honest with us stating it was a 50/50 chance and they would try and order a power supply first and if it did not work they offered to ship it off for further repair. When we were getting ready to pay they decided to take it in the back and test it on one of their power cords and it ended up working. They did not charge us anything for their time and were very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!!
