Took my sons phone they kept it for almost a month. Kept getting the run around and was told they were still diagnosing the phone and didn't have a certain tool. They refused to give me back my $80 diagnosing fee. Some kid working there refused to let me speak with the manger. I took the phone to Cloud 9 and it was fixed in one day.
So many great comments to make about CPR! First of all, no drive to ABQ! Your phone will get great repair service here. I know that for sure: two new screens, new battery, and, especially, expert help (when I had no idea what was wrong), two times. These gentlemen are so helpful, friendly, polite. And, best of all, they know what they are doing! Highly recommend CPR! In Santa Fe!
Love this place for an honest diagnosis and repair! Our phone was not turning on. Levi diagnosed the problem (basically resetting a hiccup on the operating system) and we were in and out within 10 minutes! Happy satisfied customer. Levi’s customer service and knowledge was impeccable! I’ve also had 2 screen repairs done there in the past and was very satisfied with quality and price.
I was at CPR today because my phone battery was acting up. Levi took me right away and ran a diagnostic on my phone. He was able to find the problem right away and advise me in a very helpful way. So I came here to this place to fix my lens at the back of my camera and everything is working fine for my phone except for the lens that was broken after it was fixed. I’ve noticed that my camera doesn’t have the same quality anymore and I inspect the parts and services in my iPhone it says that my camera was not a genuine parts anymore. I will never come back on this ripper shop again anymore.
