Can't say enough good things about this place and Zaid. I've been delaying getting my phone repaired or just buying a new one. Zaid said there's really nothing wrong with the phone you have and a quick screen replacement was all it needed. My iPhone 13 Pro Max is working like new. I dropped off the phone and came back 30 mins later and it was almost better than new!
Brought in newish iPhone last week as screen was damaged. Told Zaid that I needed a new screen, and he immediately informed me that it was the screen protector that was damaged, not the screen. He also explained how he knew it was just the screen protector right away. He then charged me $25 - $5 (discount) for a new screen protector plus installation, versus $500 for a new screen. Very kind and helpful! I was in and out in about 5 minutes.
Zaid did an amazing job cleaning my phone. Excellent customer service, very professional, I will be coming back for my iPhone needs!
Brought in an old Note 10 plus. The phone worked vut the screen didnt work. They gave me all the options. I went with an exact Samsung replacement. They recieved the parts and fixed my phone the same day the parts were recieved. I would highly recommend this place. Great service and knowledge! Thank you CPR Cell Phone Repair
