I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. I brought in my phone for a screen replacement, and the new screen was immediately defective. Kyle admitted it was faulty and said he’d order a new one, but I never heard back. After three weeks, I called and was told he no longer worked there. When I returned, Acenetah-the manager was dismissive and unprofessional. She insisted a screen “couldn’t” be defective as it was "impossible", and refused to provide a supervisor’s contact.
