I don’t work for anyone. I was referred to your shop from T-Mobile I walk in and smells like crap and the tech ignores me for 5 minutes then tells me I have to pay out of pocket for something that 100% covered by my T-Mobile protection plan. He kept disappearing to the back looking for something he had already told me he didn’t have three times and I had to ask for my phone back several times. That’s why I gave it one star
