Took two different phones to this location to be fixed. They did a great job and the turnaround time was very fast. Customer service was excellent and communication was great. I definitely will recommend
Very nice and knowledgeable person waited on me. Only 20 minutes to repair my phone.
Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at CPR Cell. I left my phone for repair the entire day, only to receive a call saying it was ready. When I came to pick it up, the young man explained that the charging port had been replaced—but it still didn’t work. I could understand if they were troubleshooting and needed another attempt, but clear communication would have gone a long way. Fast and professional phone repair
Just great service. Went above and beyond. Will definitely be back if I need a device repaired. Had to come back and edit this review. Ive been here more than 4 times for repair and the last time, my phone wasn't sealed correctly and malfunctioned so i was able to get a warranty replacement and avoid my 5th trip. We'll today I cracked my screen again and will have to pay this store a visit. Will update after visit.
