Worst customer experience I’ve had in years. I walked in and the price given to me was $30 more than Apple, I asked the employee about the price difference and from there he was extremely rude. When I was trying to turn off find my iPhone so he can make the repair I was having difficulty doing so and instead of walking me through it made a snug remark. Happily take my business elsewhere
Excellent service. The tech called to explain why the particular repair will not fix the issue. She was knowledgeable and experienced and I felt comfortable with the guidance provided.
