Great service, clean facility & repair was done fast !!
Was happy to see a repair shop that tmobile listed for repairs was close by. Set up an appt to get my screen replaced and a new screen protector. The whole process was seamless and quick. The technician was friendly and helped me find the new screen protector I needed. I think I was there less than 30 minutes in total. New screen and screen protector looked great! I would definitely go back to them again.
I went through Assurant/Tmobile to end up here for my repair yesterday. I was not sastisfied at all due to the worker putting my phone in a worse condition. She/worker denied my claim now I’m back with calling Tmobile/Assurant to get options and pay deductible $104.94 for replacement device. As a added note I went in with my phone working despite issues but again they Cell Phone Repair Victory Blvd Portsmouth broke my phone further😡😠.
