Update: Shortly after I posted my initial review Dennis the owner called to apologize for his employees behavior and made sure he had the parts to fix my phone (parts were overnighted) and set up the appointment that I initially called in for. The employee also apologized for his behavior when I picked up my phone. I was never looking to cause trouble for this store, I was just looking for good consistent customer service.
