I set up an appointment online, which was quick and easy. The morning of the appointment Keith called me to confirm my appointment. I arrived at the store and was greeted right away. Kevin explain all the details and made sure I had no other questions. The battery replacement on my iPhone 13 Pro Max took about 50 minutes and that's with him taking care of 3 other customers.
