Excellent and friendly service. Explains everything precisely and takes responsibility if they mess up. They even run pre and post tests to make sure your phone works correctly. I recommend everyone goes here from now on.

Not happy at all with how they handle things. They barely answered my phone calls, they lie through friendly masks, and they dont rake accountability for failure in a repaired device. Like how hard is that to do? Oh and don't expect a refund if your phone fail after their repair either.
I ordered the part for my phone and was advised that it would be in in 2-3 days, which ended up taking a week. I made an appt to drop my phone off and was advised it would be completed within the hour. I realize places get busy and came back in 2 hours expecting to pick up my phone and I still had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be finished. Then 2.5 hours later, my screen isn't working at all. Terrible experience from start to finish and now I have to trust that they'll fix it under warranty, even though it'll probably... read more
