Friendly and awesome service Amber was great!
Appointment 9/5/2025, 3 pm No good at all. showed up at my appointment time. Tech kept expecting me to be the "expert" about the problem, but I told him everything I knew (battery not charging). Just wanted a diagnostic check. Their prices are reasonable, but I didn't get to use them because he would not take the laptop, saying "his soldering guying wasn't in anyway, so wouldn't be any point in leaving it for analysis".
Very fast and professional
