First, the owner Stacy and everyone else is so helpful. Stacy had to pronounce my Samsung S23 Dead. It went into the pool and couldn't be fixed. Water damage. I took my new phone into them and Amanda took off everything that was interfering with my phone. If you want excellent service go there for all your phone needs. You won't be disappointed. I am a customer for life. Plus they are opening another store in Conway.
I went to CPR to get help . Amanda was my angel that took time with me. Somehow I locked myself out of my phone. I thought I had lost all of my information. I was in a panic! I am my husbands caregiver and everything I need was in my phone! I could not remember my GMail account information. I shared with her any passwords that I could remember.
