Had an appointment to fix my husband’s phone 2 hours before they closed. Emily was working all alone and had my phone ready within the hour. No issues, great service.
I paid $500 to have both the front and back screens on my phone repaired. Unfortunately, the repair was poorly done. The back panel is already coming apart, and Face ID no longer works.Emily mentioned she could use a non-original back part, which I agreed to, but she never explained that this would cause problems with the front or Face ID. The back looks like it was just stuck on without much care or effort. I feel like I wasted $500 for a job that wasn’t done properly.
