Left my iPhone for repair at 1pm for a screen replacement and didn’t get it back till the next day!
Absolutely unacceptable. I’ve been coming here for years, buying their $15 replacement screen protectors and getting phone repairs for my whole family — but after today, never again. The employee was rude from the moment I walked in, brought me the wrong product, told me to “just let me do my job,” mishandled my phone, and then flat-out refused to let another employee help me. Amazing work! Great customer service and had my phone done in less than 4 hours!
What a cordial and easy experience this was. Both the people who attended me, in fixing my phone, were brilliant. Special shout out to Mario for letting me know on invectives for accessories and general expectations of how the process is for things to set in, etc [i.e. screen protector].. Best part was the time table to get my Galaxy Note fixed was super reasonable. Just remember even if ya don't have insurance talk to the GOATs as, I'm certain they'll help you with great service, reasonable prices, and solid advice.
