Service was fast with no hassle. Customer sevice is spot on. They were respectful and knowledgeable. This will be our go to spot from now on if we need any devices fixed. 🤙
Brought my son’s iPhone 11 in that was pretty smashed up and needed a new screen. Jonathan and the other person working today were friendly & professional, had the phone fixed in under 30 minutes, screen looks brand new. Thank you.
Both my husband & myself are not computer savvy!! I brought our old laptop in to see what could be done & Liam was the BEST! He tried explaining things to me, which went right over my head, but he continued to try & explain the problem. When it was decided that we needed a new one, he even wrote everything down, website, store etc. I am beyond grateful for Liam’s knowledge & patience.
They fixed my loose HDMI cord, and while working on it, the technician noticed that my PlayStation’s cooling system was starting to fail. Instead of ignoring the issue, he informed me and repaired that as well. I received my PlayStation back within one day. Great and efficient service!
