Customer service representative was very nice and helpful.
The phone screen repair was excellent and my phone works perfectly. During the repair I was sold a $30 screen protector with the understanding it would be replaced for free if anything went wrong, as long as I kept the damaged protector. After only 1-2 weeks it started riding up from normal swiping and wouldn’t stick back down once dust got underneath. When I returned, I was told I would have to pay $12.50 “shipping” to send it back to the company, which was never mentioned when I purchased it. They replaced it for free that... read more

Cracked my screen early in the morning. Filed a claim through Assurant that morning. Was able to get a same day appointment. They fixed my phone in 30 minutes. Honestly a great experience.
