I recently brought in a defunct Samsung Galaxy S7, as it turned out, the motherboard was fried and a repair would have been cost-prohibitive. CPR associate Andre did NOT charge me anything for the diagnostic, which was nice. Also, the store carries ZAGG brand screen protectors and cases, my preferred brand.

I held off on writing this review hoping the issue would be resolved, but unfortunately it hasn’t been. In September 2025, I brought my laptop in for a few loose bolts on the screen frame (not the screen itself). Everything on my laptop was working perfectly—I just wanted the bolts tightened to prevent future issues. The technician said a bolt was missing and claimed they couldn’t replace just one bolt, so they insisted on replacing the entire screen and back cover for $210.
