Ethan is wonderful. I went in last weekend because my iPhone was not working properly. He replaced the screen for a newer one which fixed the problem. But just to make sure he kept the phone for a couple hours, even staying past his time off, making sure all the “glitches “ were indeed fixed. And while I was there he patiently answered my questions and taught me how to perform some functions on my phone that were confusing to me. I felt like he treated me like he would have treated his grandmother. Thank you very much Ethan!
Honest and amazing work, they'll make sure you're taken care of well. I came in with an issue on my Pixel 5 that had a couple other issues that cropped up but they made sure that my device was taken care of and fixed correctly, and even helped me with upgrading to a new device. Jonathan and Ethan in particular worked like crazy to make sure I was taken care of with fantastic work. Even if something unexpected comes up they'll make sure it gets taken care of. Amazing service, couldn't ask for better.
Jonathan was extremely helpful and was able to get my camera working without issue. Give this man a raise, his and Drake's customer service was amazing. Thanks guys!
