My first time in the store on Wednesday only worker was there. My initial impression was great! TMobile helped me to make my appointment per my cell phone coverage. The gentleman told me it would take an hour or so to fix my phone. I went back and got my phone close to closing time. He assured me that it worked. Once home, I could ONLY hear if the speaker was on. I also quickly found out that the volume button wasn't working. Mind you...I only went there because the screen wouldn't allow me to text. Drop my phone off to get the battery fixed, come back to pick it up and my screen is cracked and they tell me they can’t fix it. Wouldn’t recommend. The guy had bad customer service and very rude and arrogant!!!
Joe was super fabulous and helpful today. I so much appreciate all the time he took to answer all my questions and assist with my phone needs.
I had a great experience with CPR Cell Phone repair. I took in two apple laptops for inspection. Joe was professional, informative, very helpful, gave speedy service and communicated promptly. I will definitely be back.
CPR and Joe were great. Sadly I had to have phone worked on over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Joe was very knowledgeable and patient. He was able to fix the problem and did not charge me an arm and a leg to get it fixed.
