Be very cautious using this company. I bought a screen protector from them, which they told me was under warranty. Anything happens to it bring it back to them and they’ll replace it and repair it for free. When I went in there to get it repaired or replaced they told me there was absolutely no warranty on it. The boy said he didn’t know who told me that that because that’s not a true statement. That they switched Companies etc. very poor customer service
ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH. Micheal thank you so much for your expertise and kindness. I wanted into CPR Cell phone, with a virus. Non stop advertisements popping up. Michael knew exactly what to do. Decent experience at first. I brought my phone in for a repair and was upfront with the tech about what was wrong and what needed to be done. I let him know that one of the sensors tore and showed the tech the sensor I was referring to and he mentioned they could fix it and gave me the price and time it would take to complete. I mentioned when I first came in this there were other stores that were doing the same repair for alot less and that I wanted to keep my business local and was willing to pay more.
