There was a man Amar there has very weak knowledge of phone security. He said phone hacking is impossible when i explained multiple phones in our family were experiencing obvious remote tampering that multiple service providers confirmed. When i pointed out numerous remote monitoring & control systems on that were readily available he got very angry and was no help. May as well go to a mall kiosk or diy.
Honest shop. The technician quickly assessed my mom's phone for damage, and recognized it was not what she thought it was. It was a minor issue, and it didn't cost anything, and we were on our way. Thank you!
