HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My phone initially had an issue with the bottom portion of the screen going black and the top part being unresponsive. All was well at first when I went in to get an LCD replacement on my phone. The replacement cost around $290. During the replacement, the repair person did not inform me of any water damage in my phone and also did not inform me that my phone was at a much greater risk of water damage. Jillian, was a miracle worker. She was able to transfer data from a cracked screen on motorola flip to the new phone. I couldn't be more happier, she was knowledgeable and a true professional .
Steven did an excellent job replacing my phone screen. Steven also gave excellent customer service. The employees are really tech savvy
