Just wanted to thank Alex, the guy who was there on Thursday afternoon, 12/18. I gave him a difficult job and a short time frame to get it done and he did it in half the time needed. Long story but I came through the door in a hurry, needed a quick fix on my phone with no time to wait. He had it done before I turned back around. Including taking it apart and diagnosing the issue. CPR King of Prussia does it AGAIN.... power button on my phone giving me trouble...walked into CPR and "Nick....by the way" went in the back , did his magic and phone is working just fine now....thanks again CPR always and pleasurable and problem free experience. matter of fact I was here a week ago with a claim for a cracked screen and the young lady that day serviced my device and had it looking great... CpR KoP soars with the quality service, thank you yet again!!!

Came here to shoutout one man specifically. Your repair technician Steven. I came in about an hour before close on Sunday, looking for an emergency repair for a damaged front and back. He helped me file a claim through Assurant despite the difficulty that they caused. He stayed with me for an HOUR after to complete the repair and make sure I was handled properly. Cannot express my gratitude enough, will be recommending this repair shop go anyone who needs it. Thank you Steven.
