Seriously the level of dedication seen by Ivan‘s actions and. Based on his astute level of Customer Service. Even when T-Mobile fumbled the ball on multiple occasions, he still recovered pure resilience from this Guy right here definitely check these guys out

This is the first time having any issues with my phone, I brought it to CPR and Ivan did an extremely thorough job helping figure out what was wrong. His expertise was top notch in troubleshooting and fixing the issue. I highly recommend CPR(ask for Ivan).
BEWARE. If I could leave zero stars,I would. This shop has been screwing around with my insurance claim, and claiming they "rejected" the repair due to additional damage. I brought in a fully functional phone with a cracked screen (I could still call,text, email, etc.) via an Assuarant Claim. They attempted to repair and I'm assuming thet shorted out my phone. They couldn't fix it or get the phone to turn back on. 5 hours later, I picked up my phone with a broken screen AND nothing functioning. Basically just a "sorry". Took... read more
