Had to bring my phone back to this place 4 times because shit kept messing up after the 1st repair. Screen got cracked first time and they fixed it and then about a week later my screen completely stopped working so I had to bring it back again and they repaired it under warranty and after I got the phone back after the second time, about a week later the Face ID stops working and they “don’t fix that under warranty”… and now about a month or two later the entire top of my screen isn’t flesh with the metal frame of the phone... read more
I needed a repair for my iPhone 16 Pro and the person who answered the phone assured me the after market screen was the exact same he assured me three times during a call. I said "Is there any disadvantage to the aftermarket screen at all?" He said "No". So it is the exact same "Yes." I said " Another shop said the bevel may be larger or it may stick out more is that true?" "No not to my knowledge". I had a cracked phone screen and brought my phone in. They unfortunately did not have the screen for my phone model in stock, but got it rush ordered and were able to repair my phone that same week, in less than 1.5 hours. They're very friendly, and weren't judgey or pushy/salesy - they didn't try to upsell me on some extra package, they were fair and fast and friendly. Thanks, CPR.
