Alex Dutter was incredibly helpful. I brought in a laptop that had started having issues after getting it back from a family member, and I had no idea what had happened to it. Several people took the time to look it over and really tried to figure out the problem. They eventually discovered it had significant water damage and was basically a total loss. My husband's grandma went to Verizon to get help with syncing her apple watch to her iPhone. Verizon had them wait for almost an hour to let her know that her apple watch was too old and "junk"... and told her he could sell her a new watch. He said it could not be fixed.
