Every time I have need help with my phone these guys successfully fixed my problem. They are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I am not a techy at all, but I am treated with great respect and patience every time I have gone into the store. You can’t get better customer service than that. If there were an option for zero stars, this place would get it without hesitation. My experience here was one of the worst I’ve ever had in any business. I walked in and stood there for about 30 minutes, clearly waiting to be helped. The man behind the counter looked right at me multiple times yet ignored me completely. During that time, he attended to two white women who came in after me, greeting them warmly and helping them right away.
