If there were an option for zero stars, this place would get it without hesitation. My experience here was one of the worst I’ve ever had in any business. I walked in and stood there for about 30 minutes, clearly waiting to be helped. The man behind the counter looked right at me multiple times yet ignored me completely. The team at CPR in Hickory was so easy to work with. They ordered me an OEM screen to replace the broken one on my brand new phone. When it came in, I stopped by, and they had me back out the door in half an hour. These guys know their stuff.
Had to take my wife's iPhone for a insurance claim on a new screen, the gentleman at the front was very nice to work with. We couldn't get into the apple ID because my wife is terrible at remembering passwords but he stayed patient and even let my 3 year old play with a transformer action figure while we waited. Super friendly guys and I will be back for any more repairs.
