Amazing shop! I went in thinking I was going to have to pay a lot for them to replace my usb-c port, but he took his time cleaned it and saved me the cost. It's an honest shop and they'll be the first place I go if I have need help in the future.
I had a great experience with Joe! I called ahead with a few questions, and he was very helpful and informative over the phone. I told him I’d be there in about 15 minutes, and when I arrived, he got right to work. My screen was repaired in less than 20 minutes! What really stood out to me was that Joe didn’t charge for a diagnostic, unlike several other repair shops I called. He was honest, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend Joe if you need a fast and reliable phone repair!

Went in to the store expecting to have to change my charging port out and spend $100 to do so. However, the guy suggested a cleaning first, and that he believed this would solve the problem. 5 minutes later I was leaving the store with a phone that charged using the charging port for the first time in 6 months. Thank you again for the help and support!
After trying the usual fixes to try to get my phone to charge, I made an online appointment for the next day at CPR. Going to CPR was the best decision. Joe quickly and correctly diagnosed and fixed my phone while explaining what caused it to stop charging. He gave me two options of what I needed to avoid it happening again and another quick fix if it did. He never pushed to sell me anything from the store. He was honest and kind to deal with.
