TLDR: paid for no answers or solutions and to have my collectors case torn up. I hate having to do this as I totally support the smaller companies, but my experience was terrible. I was quoted a price and time to do some testing on my switch 1 regarding it's battery usage. The job took longer than expected, from 3 days to 6. Fast service and reasonable cost
I dropped my iPad off in November to replace the charger port and was told the repair would take about two weeks. Three months later — after numerous calls and visits — I picked it up today and it’s still not fixed. Am now told it's unfixable. I was consistently told it was being worked on, which clearly wasn’t the case. The communication was misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.
I have a Samsung Galaxy that needed a new Battery replacement. I called and was able to get right in after the 20 min. it took me to get there. I found out my battery life was draining because of the types(cheapest Temu chords) and having Bluetooth running in background. It was ready for replacement the next business day and only 30 min to install and service. Half down is required and remainder paid at finish of service.
