The staff member at the desk was wonderful about making sure they had the part for my phone and setting up a time to get the work done. The repair was done quickly and brought the phone back to perfect condition!

I dropped my iPad off in November to replace the charger port and was told the repair would take about two weeks. Three months later — after numerous calls and visits — I picked it up today and it’s still not fixed. Am now told it's unfixable. I was consistently told it was being worked on, which clearly wasn’t the case. The communication was misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend this business based on my experience. TLDR: paid for no answers or solutions and to have my collectors case torn up. I hate having to do this as I totally support the smaller companies, but my experience was terrible. I was quoted a price and time to do some testing on my switch 1 regarding it's battery usage. The job took longer than expected, from 3 days to 6. On the 6th day I called in about 4pm, she said it was ready but she was leaving early. So on top of everything she was going to leave for the day and not call me?
