Glenn was very helpful and got my screen fixed fast.
The service was great, although we were instructed to go there after T-Mobile opened a claim for us and it took 45 minutes to get there and the person working that day would not see us. The store closed in 30 minutes and he said it would take 1 full hour to replace the screen. Honestly I don't believe that since my spouse took it on a different day and he was done in less than 30 minutes. A different person working when my spouse took my phone.
The technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and very pleasant. My phone now has a new battery, and I didn't have to wait hours or days to get the work done. Quite satisfied.
