Took my phone in because the charging port had a horrible connection. The tech was incredibly friendly, explained it likely just needed cleaning and then told me he would only charge payment if he could fix it. 5-10 minutes later; the phone was connecting excellently and I was very happy with the service and price. Would highly recommend.
