On March 4th 2026 I took 2 tablets to get repaired here at Phoenix Electonix because the tablets wouldn't charge. Roman ordered charging ports for both and I paid $242 with $22 tip so they can order the parts and repair the tablets. A week later I get a call stating the mother boards were fried. March 16, 17 I was able to get back to Flagstaff to pick the tablets up. At that point they said they issued a refund and I'd see the refund with so many business day. Anyone know where this guy's at??? Moved and left no forward at all. I have my Xbox that he repaired but it don't work still. I told him I was coming back and now I've called but no answer, no way to leave message. He said he would get my money back . Oooh dear this is not good

They fixed the crack in my screen but now i can only use the bottom 1/4 of it.. they said it wasn’t them.. stay away from these frauds
