Lied to me about when my laptop was going to be done. They had 0 communication with me about my laptop and it getting fixed while it sat there for weeks. Told me laptop was going to be done. Walked in and said they hadn’t even gotten the part yet. Horrible customer service. Will never go back or recommend
I had an appointment for 5:00 p.m. they were closed when I got there due to staffing. I don't understand why they would make a 5:00 appointment then
