Didn't properly seal an s22 ultra repair. Ended up with water damage from the rain within 2 months of replacing the screen. It looks like they reused the adhesive and didn't pressure test after the repair.
Amazing service. Was able to fix my screen withing an hour and a half. Explained everything that needed to be done. Super polite and honest with my time frame. Even suggested what type of screen protector to get without pressuring me to buy one there when they did not have the exact type I needed Will definitely be back for any other(hopefully none lol) phone repairs! Went here for a fido insurance repair on my Samsung S22 ultra amazing customer service. The Gentleman that helped me was kind courteous and very professional. Gave me an actual realistic service repair time. 2 hours was his initial estimate 1.5 hours later he called and my screen was brand new again. Thank You
CPR was the closest authorized vendor from Orillia that my device protection company "Likewise" allowed me to get my screen replaced. The good man working was on the phone with another customer, and without us exchanging more than a few words, I handed him paperwork, he handed me paperwork, he said 30 minutes, and I left. 30 minutes later walked in, grabbed my phone and invoice and left. The repair was done properly with OEM screen and works like new.
