I like using my electronics until they are almost dead, so I took my almost 4 year old phone to get a battery replacement to squeeze another couple of years out of it. I came in, they gave me a quote, and since they were going to have to order new parts I was able to use my phone normally until the parts came in. Great staff and excellent service! Hunter was particularly helpful in addressing my issues and very friendly. Incredibly knowledgeable even when I wasn't sure exactly what was wrong with my laptop. Diagnosed the issue and saved me a LOT of money compared to if I have sent back to the manufacturer. 10/10 would recommend.
Ultimately, my old phone wasn’t worth fixing or saving, but they figured that out efficiently and cost-effectively
