Very helpful and great service!
They broke my phone and then blamed me for not giving them the unlock code. They seemed very upset that I didn't trust them with my unlocked phone. They then suggested that I take my phone to Verizon and scam them out of a new phone. I have the audio recording of them telling me to scam Verizon for a new phone after they broke it. Don't trust this place with your unlocked phone. Creepy...
