Just no. 1) Paid for priority on parts. a) after giving the counter guy the numerical model number of the phone I want repaired, the wrong part was sent. b) either the counter guy entered a wrong (yet still viable) model number, or the same was thus sent. c) they still took TWO days to inform us of the problem, despite the extra charges for "priority shipping". 2) They called and informed me of the "parts" problem. a) promised an additional priority shipping at their expense. b) THREE DAYS LATER, still waiting for the part. ... read more
My daughter dropped her phone at the zoo and the screen cracked and blacked out, I took it in to Savvy and she repaired it in 20 mins. It looked brand new when I picked it up, i left so happy, thank you Savvy you did a wonderful job!!! I will continue to go there for all my phone repairs!!
took in my perfectly working phone, the only thing broke was the glass on the back of the phone. take it in for the glass to be fixed and i get it back with a swollen battery, the back of my phone is now missing CHUNKS of glass, and now my volume button doesn’t work?!
If I could 0 I would, I’ve been fighting with them for two weeks now since they damaged my wife’s battery, then they have the nerve to try and say we did it. The battery was not swollen before we took it to be repaired.
