I've been to CPR three times now. One of my children is a "phone dropper." Had to get the actual screen replaced- they were super fast and incredibly curteous. About 6 months later when we had to replace the screen AGAIN, we brought it to CPR where they told me that the screen has a lifetime gaurantee and I only had to pay for labor. Amazing! I am so pleased with the convenience and professionalism of CPR Phone repair! The power/side button on my daughter's phone stopped working, making the phone inoperable. Brought it in to CPR, Levi was straightforward with repair time-frame and cost. Two days later, phone is good as new! Thank you guys so so much! I HOPE I don't have to use your services again, but if I do, I know who I will call first!
Great customer service. Gave me a quote for the repair---found out 1 part wasn't broken, just disconnected--fixed for no cost. Helped me move files from my internal drive to a new SD card at no charge. They will be getting all my cell phone business. Highly recommend.
I had repairs done here in the past and had no issues. Timely and reliable service. I took an iPad here the week before Christmas and they assured me that they would have the charging port replaced before Christmas no problem. They didn't get it done until way after Christmas. They told me they broke the screen and replaced it for me for free. Took it home and it took almost all day to charge. Tried 3 different known good chargers.
