Excellent!!! 3rd cell phone store I went to this morning. Two in CRIdge mall + BB (which told me to call and ‘check in’ even though I just told them my phone was dead)… Kiosk in the mall referred me to Cell Phone Repair at 2439 2nd St #4, Coralville,IA. The two stores in the mall already told me my battery was dead. Caleb at CPR examined my phone, put a charge cord in, did a hard restart (quick left side lower button, upper button, then hold right side button) and my phone was working again!! Perfectly fine! I have and devices repaired and cell phone batteries replaced at this location (about half a dozen in total). Service is always good. Prices are competitive. Warranty for screen was honored. Very satisfied as a customer
I have a very basic TracFone used by a non-profit I volunteer with. I was having trouble getting it to boot up and took it out to the Coralville CPR store. Max was wonderful, checking the battery and the charging cord for me. He got everything working and confirmed the battery was fine and charging OK. Since nothing was wrong he didn't even charge me a diagnostics fee. Max was kind, pleasant and professional. Thanks, Max!!
