Excellent!!! 3rd cell phone store I went to this morning. Two in CRIdge mall + BB (which told me to call and ‘check in’ even though I just told them my phone was dead)… Kiosk in the mall referred me to Cell Phone Repair at 2439 2nd St #4, Coralville,IA. The two stores in the mall already told me my battery was dead. Caleb at CPR examined my phone, put a charge cord in, did a hard restart (quick left side lower button, upper button, then hold right side button) and my phone was working again!! Perfectly fine!
