Phenomenal service with outstanding and nice customer workers. They helped me out when I needed them!
Very poor handling of materials and communication. Be careful with what you give them because they can break your items, not tell you, and then not reimburse you for any of the damages they caused. Also, if you do not reach out to them they will not tell you if your item is ready.
We have taken two phones to CPR in the passed 6 months and each experience has been wonderful. Both devices were done same day and it didn't break my bank account. Thank you for all your help! You guys are Rockstars!

I just think a lot of these people that's on tere taking about they fixed their phones are lying. I think that maybe this guy fell like I stole the phone or something because he completely destroyed my iPhone. I just simply assumed if he can unlock my phone and now my phone is not working at all. I don't have my daughter Pic on my screen no more and the phone keep saying the same thing, attempting to recovery data. Never again will I take anything to this place to get fixed.
