Nick was super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and got me a new battery ordered to see if it is a quick inexpensive fix first. I'm grateful he wants to try a conservative approach first.

Really good customer service. Quick and easy cleaning. Went in for a cleaning took less than 10 mins thought the charger port was broken but they cleaned it and saved me $90 for a new part. I WILL be coming here more often for any phone issues!!
