Fast and friendly service.
We've used CPR twice now and they've successfully repaired our phones both times. This last time the phone went for a swim and we thought we may have to buy a new one, but they were able to save it. Replacing a cell phone is so expensive and both times their repairs have allowed us to keep ours longer.
First time at CPR and not very knowledgeable about the fixing of my granddaughter IPhone 14.But I didn't have to be, they took care of everything.
They were very helpful from the outset—explaining what they thought the problem was and how it could be resolved. It took four trips but I was very satisfied with the results. I would happily return anytime I have a cell phone problem. I just wish I had discovered Cell Phone Repair a lot sooner. I will recommend them to other seniors in my retirement community.
