I went to the shop to ask for my xbox seris x to be repaired the issue was that it never let me sign in and froze and powered off I had to wait a week to get it back and they never fixed it I powered it on it turns on and works but it had trouble of loading properly so I restarted it and same issue and they also have lack of answering call we got no updates that my dad had to go to the shop and pick it up
Not the place to have your game consoles serviced. I brought my Xbox Series X in a little while ago for overheating issues. The overall customer service was friendly and enjoyable but the console service itself was not great. Total "repair time" was about 2 weeks before I just took back the console because no progress was made on fixing the issue.
