The communication here extremely sucks. Over a month now with ZERO communication and countless trips to the store after being told my laptop would be done, just to be told numerous times after I arrive that it's another problem. They barely answer the phone and definitely have an issue calling to update you on what's going on. Do NOT give them your equipment. They're horrible!!!!!
Their Communication was not good. We told them that our xbox worked one day and the next day it stopped working. Then we brought them the xbox after 3 weeks. They continuesly kept saying we turned it on after 3 weeks. Also, we had to constantly call to get updates from them. They were not calling us for updates. When I talked to them on the phone they said they tried swaping out two things and then said it was a power supply issue. They said they had to wait on the part. Leo was a great employee very helpful and told us 2 hours but under 30 minutes was done and did a great job!!
Service was quick and friendly! Would definitely recommend coming hear with any cell phones problems you may have!
